A refreshing fruit smoothie is a great way to start your day as you can squeeze in a few portions of your ‘five a day’ before lunchtime!
Nobbly yoghurt smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ¼ mango
- Splash apple juice
- 3 Tbsp low fat natural yogurt (substitute coconut yoghurt or soy yoghurt for a dairy-free option)
- 2 Tbsp Nice & Nobbly (blueberry, raspberry & strawberry) granola * Use to top or whizz with other ingredients
Option 2:
- 8 stawberries
- 10 raspberries
- ¼ mango
- 3tbsp low fat natural yogurt (substitute coconut yoghurt or soy yoghurt for a dairy-free option)
- (+ 1 banana for added sweetness (optional)
- 2 Tbsp Nice & Nobbly (blueberry, raspberry & strawberry) granola * Use to top or whizz with other ingredients
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a blender or hand whiz and whiz together for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is ‘smooth’ – top with Nice & Nobbly
- (Tip: No time to use a spoon – whiz up the lot & have a bag of Nobbly to nibble on the go!!)
