Soulful Food Co., who are fuelled by a heartfelt quest for simple, handmade, wholesome food, have been hard at work developing an exciting new range of vegan Macs including THIS gorgeous dish! A vegan macaroni cheese… made with gluten-free pasta in a cashew, almond and turmeric sauce with kale and butternut squash.
Speaking about the new dish, founder Iain said that each batch is: “Lovingly handcrafted in small cosy batches… from our London kitchen to your table. The time and passion that is put into our Soulful Macs is just as important as the carefully sourced ingredients and our finely tuned recipes.”
