Hodmedod produce a range of delicious naturally gluten-free peas, quinoa and beans.
Committed to providing wholesome food that’s more sustainably produced, Hodmedod works with farmers to produce and source a range of pulses and grains that are British-grown – and always will be.
Hodmedod searches out less well-known foods, like fava beans – grown in Britain since the Iron Age but now almost forgotten – and “black badger” carlin peas. Their white quinoa, grown by Peter Fairs in the fields of Essex, is deliciously nutty and cooks just like quinoa from the highlands of Bolivia.
You can browse their whole range of British-grown goodies over on the Hodmedod website. The range includes baked beans, green peas, marrowfat peas, yellow peas, haricot beans and lots more.
Please note: All the whole ingredients are naturally gluten-free, however, they are packed in a place where products containing gluten are handled.
