HECK’s pork, chicken and plant-based ranges are meeting in the middle this autumn with the launch of their first Flexitarian range of sausages, burgers and mince made with less meat and more veggies.
The sausages and burgers are made with 60% pork or chicken and 40% veggies – perfect for anyone wanting to increase their intake of plant-based meals but still enjoy some meat. With 13% of UK adults* now adopting this flexitarian lifestyle, the versatile range also includes delicious chicken mince with veg, that’s perfectly seasoned and ready to use in meatballs and pasta bakes, spag bol, chilli or lasagne. Like everything in the HECK range, the new flexitarian recipes are gluten-free, high protein and with five of the six products chicken-based, most are lower fat too.
