Creamy gluten-free tortellini

Ingredients
- 250g (9oz) Schär Tortellini, available in the chilled aisle at Morrisons
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, peeled, chopped
- 150ml (5fl oz) single cream
- a splash of white wine
- 2 handfuls of washed spinach
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- black pepper, for seasoning
Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the garlic.
- Add the white wine and leave to simmer for a minute. Meanwhile, bring a separate pan to the boil and cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
- Add the cream, spinach and Parmesan to the frying pan.
