Many supermarkets have own-brand gluten-free pasta including Morrisons, Waitrose and Tesco. Tesco’s free from macaroni even won gold at the Free From Awards 2019!

Eating out
Ask Italian has six gluten-free pasta offerings, including Arrabiata con Pollo and Frutti Di Mare.
Bella Italia has eleven gluten-free pasta options, including marinara, tagliatelle Capra and Funghi crema.
Frankie & Benny’s has quite a few options, all using fusilli, including Prawn Diavolo and Mushroom Bianca.
Pizza Express lists the bolognese, leggara peeperonata and the pollo pesto as gluten-free (but not the cannelloni or lasagna).
Pizza Hut has lots of gluten-free pizza options, but no pasta currently.
Prezzo has 14 gluten-free pasta dishes on its, menu – essentially all can be served gluten-free, except for the ravioli and lasagne.
Zizzi has eight gluten-free pasta dishes, including carbonara, pollo piccante and pesto rosso.
