Plant-based pudding masterminds Freaks of Nature have announced the release of the world’s first free-from and vegan Cherry Bakewell hot dessert.
Free-from dessert specialists Freaks of Nature have announced the release of a brand new pud – a gluten and dairy-free Cherry Bakewell hot pudding!
Joining their current array of desserts, hot puddings and yoghurts, the Cherry Bakewell, made with a light and delicate almond frangipane sponge on top of a luscious layer of sweet cherry sauce, will be available in Waitrose from 25 April at just £2 a pot.
The indulgent sweet treat perfectly mimics the flavour of this much-loved, traditional British pudding whilst staying true to the Freaks of Nature philosophy of making delicious desserts more widely accessible. Their inclusive puds are suitable for 95% of people, being gluten, dairy, soya and egg free. The ramekin holding this little slice of tastiness is reusable, too!
Already known for their chocolate and sticky toffee hot puddings, as well as their cashew-based yoghurts, the Cherry Bakewell is the first fruity hot dessert.
This seems like a brilliant option for bringing along to a dinner party with non-gluten-free friends or simply as a night-in treat!
Look out for the Cherry Bakewell hot pudding from Freaks of Nature nationwide in Waitrose from 25 April. Check out their website for more information.
