Ingredients
- 200 g gluten-free flour
- ½ tsp gluten-free baking powder
- 2 free-range eggs
- a pinch salt
- 400 ml milk
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt into a large mixing bowl.

Whisk the eggs and add your milk.

Add your wet ingredients to your dry and mix until you form a smooth, thick batter.

Add your batter to a hot, well-oiled pan and cook until formed around the edges.

Give it a flip and cook for a few minutes until both sides are golden.
