Delicious gluten-free Camembert and cranberry parcels, filled with sweet cranberry sauce and wickedly melted Camembert cheese. These little parcels of heaven would make a perfect alternative to turkey for any vegetarian diners this Christmas.
Camembert & Cranberry Parcels

Ingredients:
- 3 Camembert wheels: 250g each
- 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 1 block Silly Yak puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
Method:
- Heat oven to 200C/gas 6. Dust your surface and roll the pastry out, approx. 5mm thick. Cut out 3 circles approx. 20cm in diameter.
- Unwrap the Camembert and place it in the centre of your pastry circles.
- Place 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce on top of the camembert.
- Fold the puff pastry around the camembert, crimping the top together and sealing the edges.
- Brush with whisked egg and place on a lined baking tray
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
