Easy Gluten Free Thin and Crispy Pesto and Feta Pizza
This simple Pesto and Feta Pizza from FREEE is so easy to make and is packed with delicious and summery flavours. The whole family is going to love it!
Ingredients
For the Thin and Crispy Pizza Base
- 175 g FREEE Pizza Base Mix
- 200 ml tepid water
- 1½ tbsp oil plus extra for greasing
For the Pesto and Feta Topping
- 150 g gluten-free pesto sauce
- 100 g feta crumbled
Instructions

For the base, rub some oil around the inside of a large baking tray or insert a baking liner.

Put half the pizza mix into a large bowl, add the water and oil and stir to make a thick paste.

Tip the paste onto the prepared tray and spread it into a 30cm/12” circle with a spatula.

Rub some oil over a large piece of kitchen foil and use it to cover the tray, oil side down, then leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas Mark 6 20 minutes before baking.

Remove the kitchen foil and using a fork, prick all over the pizza base. Bake for 20 minutes.

For the topping, spread the pesto sauce over the pizza base. Crumble the feta and scatter it over the top, then bake for 10-12 minutes.
