Ingredients
- 2 slices Promise Gluten Free Multigrain Bread
- 3 tbsp mayonaisse
- a small handful watercress
- 1 avocado cut into wedges
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Instructions

Make the dressing by whisking together the mustard, yoghurt and lemon juice.

Make the sandwich by first spreading each slice with some mayo.
