This overnight oats recipe by Happy Skin Kitchen is perfect for a quick and delicious breakfast. The oats are super creamy and I love the richness of the raw cacao combined with the peanut butter. They are so yummy as they are, but feel free to add some extra toppings like chopped nuts, fruit or coconut yoghurt.

2
tbsp
of raw cacao or cocoa powder
-
1
tbsp
chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

You can also divide the oats into 2 jars so they are ready to go in the morning.

Remove from the fridge in the morning, drizzle with some extra peanut butter and enjoy!

TIP: I also like to add a few slices of banana and a dollop of coconut yogurt but that’s totally optional!
