Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients
- 250 g SKIPPY Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 medium-sized very ripe bananas
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp runny honey
Optional toppings of choice
- Dark chocolate chips
- Raisins
- Blueberries
Instructions

Heat oven to 200°C or Gas Mark 6

In a blender, add peanut butter and the following 5 ingredients.

Blend until smooth.

Pour batter into a lightly greased standard-sized muffin tin.

Top with desired toppings and bake for 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
